- Shipping
- Shipping costs depend on weight, size, destination, and method.
- Shipments are made via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground within continental USA.
- Purchases before 12:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday to Friday, are shipped the same day. Otherwise it will be shipped the next week day.
- Tax
- Tax will be charged when the destination is in California. No taxes for the rest of the country.
- Warranty and Returns
- Because of our low prices there is no return on any merchandise.
- The warranty for defective merchandise is for one year from the date of purchase.
- Defective merchandise must be sent straight to the manufacturer in order to be repaired or replaced following the manufacturer’s policy.

- Before sending any merchandise for repair get a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization number).
- All repairs must be accompanied by:
- Copy of invoice
- Note indicating
- RMA#
- Your name and shipping address
- Your email and/or telephone #
- Description of problem found
- Privacy Policy
- Payments are made though PayPal. PayPal protects your privacy and security. It is the most secure transaction.
